Emily Found A Thing
In her Shropshire historic home studio Rachel Gravette transforms old, broken and discarded things into unique, playful pieces. Every item she creates has a story and a history and is one of a kind. Her collages and objects d’art stimulate conversation, creativity and fun.
In 2001 Rachel completed her art and teaching degree at Bretton Hall College, Yorkshire. As well as her own practice she has since worked with schools, colleges, community groups, museums and galleries.
She founded Emily Found A Thing in 2008, combining her earth friendly ethos with a love of finding and reimagining.
