Returns

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will only accept returns provided the goods are received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@unpolishedspace.com.  We will issue you with an authorisation to return the order. Items sent back to us without an authorisation will not be accepted. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Any damage incurred to an item during return return shipment is at the customer's risk.

Made to order and bespoke items are not returnable.

 

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

For orders bought in-store, orders can only be exchanged or a credit note given upon presentation of a valid receipt.
